BONE_WORM is an unused enemy found in the code for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. It is one of the least known about unused enemies.
It is unknown what this enemy was supposed to do, perhaps it got replaced by the posthumous version of Needles, Pasty?

"Necromancer" is a new transformation in the Binding of Isaac: Repentance you get by having the Missing Page trinket, Missing Page 2, and Necronomicon.
It gives you a super powered Necronomicon that you can use 10 times a floor. The charge resets when you go to a new floor.

In the files for the Binding of Isaac: Repentance, there exists unused tear splat sounds that were meant to replace the old tear sounds.
This was never shipped in the final game though.
These new sounds were also made by Joey Kuras.

The updated Mars in the Binding of Isaac Repentance gives you an invincibility shield when you charge.
This protects you, which means you can use Blood Donation Machines for free.
Unless you charge at a wall, then you still take damage.

Other rooms like this red poop room in the Chest floor have been changed in the 1.9.7.8 patch for Repentance .
The red poops are more spaced out, and the room is a little rarer.
The room is more fair... except for the top entrance, which isn't changed, for some reason.
Ever got hit in this annoying room containing 4 boom flies while only giving you a 1-tile path in the middle? Well, fear not! The path was widened to 3 tiles in patch 1.9.7.8 of Repentance , giving you way more room to dodge! #tboi #Isaacrebirth #Repentance
