Just a week away: 15 years ago NC enacted voter pre-registration for 16 and 17 year olds. Under this program, on January 6, 2024 there will be 76,000 17-year olds activated and sent voter reg cards if 18 by Nov 5, 2024. (They can vote in Mar 5, 2024 primary) #ncpol /1
