Great visit to @FairfieldsFarm this week. As someone who ❤️ an occasional crisp, I 😍 seeing how the farm supports food production by growing their own potatoes to make their award-winning handcooked crisps on site. A wonderful example of innovation in the food sector. 🥔

Dangerously Delectable! Sat in the office at home, I fancied a snack & opened this first time purchase from our local garden centre last night. OMG, so tasty. Praise to @FairfieldsFarm & @Adnams Now I must repeat to myself “Don’t finish the pack. Don’t finish the pack!”

The kit's cleaned, and that's that for another year. All the harvesting done. The farm team have pulled an absolute blinder this season, working long hours with some very challenging ground conditions. The beers this weekend will be just as deserved as the rest.

These might just look like potato boxes to you, but there's a really special one here! Every farmer stamps their boxes with their name - RS is for Robert Strathern, for example. Laura and Robert's son Angus helped on the farm all through summer and stencilled his own.

Last year we changed the recipe for our Cheese & Onion flavour and we've won a Great Taste award!! Our product team had a real eureka moment when we tried this for the first time. The proof's not just in the award - sales have more than doubled since the change. Thank YOU! ❤️
