The only way we can be able to lessen stigma and create more empathy when it comes to menstruation is incorporating boys in menstruation talk and other facts related to female sexual health. Thank you @sm_muindi@gmei_env for the platform to push such conversations.
When you commit to practicing compassion, your relationships become more intimate. Negative feelings will start to lessen. You become more attractive to people you meet because they can feel your heart. Youβre more likely to find your calling.
