Meet "holocaust survivor" Henri Heimans, pictured here next to his gay lawyer who specialises in hatespeech cases.
Heimans is one of the many people who will receive big money if the Supreme Court reaffirms my conviction tomorrow.
Heimans was born in 1948 and said in an interview years ago that he had a very normal, careless childhood.
However, something very strange happened to Heimans. When he was watching a hitpiece against me by the Belgian Regime media, he noticed memes relating to Hitler. (see other posts for context, but a government hacker hacked into our private groupchats and found some edgy 9gag memes, then put them on national TV to hurt my reputation)
Heimans, whose father was Jewish, was suddenly struck with what he calls "intergenerational trauma". He called himself a "holocaust survivor" and went to regime police to file complaints against me and demanded payment for "damages".
He did not file a complaint against national television for airing the memes, not against the people that made the memes, the platform that hosted them (9gag) or the people that sent them in the groupchat. No. Heimans, well connected in the anti-natonalist freemasonry, filed complaints against me, the number one political dissident in the country. What a coincidence.
After many years of court battles that cost me a fortune, Heimans actually won and I have to pay thousands of euros in damages to a man that I never even knew existed, let alone damaged or targeted with anything whatsoever.
I went to the Supreme Court to appeal and they will decide tomorrow.
If you think this is crazy, the real story is a lot crazier than what I've written down in this short tweet. Would you believe me if I told you Heimans is actually the former president of the Court of Appeals that convicted me to a prison sentence last year? Would you believe me if I told you that I wasn't even going to be tried for the heaviest charges, until Heimans came along and the judges suddenly changed their minds, tried ánd convicted me? This man cost me hundreds of thousands of euros and years of my life.
