The event will also be highly concentrated in terms of quality of delegate. Numbers are limited to 500 and we expect 50% to be founders of businesses with 50-500 employees. 25% to be their leadership teams, and 25% to be growth investors and suppliers.

Companies growing rapidly (50% ) who are also transitioning from 10s to 100s of employees face a unique set of challenges driven by two main factors.
1. Complexity - even with linear growth, complexity (driven by numbers of individual 1-2-1 relationships) grows exponentially.
