I would love to compete in Minsk/Raubichi, but seeing this news makes me glad that my international federation just pulled our upcoming world cup event out of Belarus. I hope this journalist and all citizens of BLR including athletes stay safe.

So we have an organizer (Vikersund) that officially applied, an NSA that backs it up, sponsors that want women to fly, the FIS Medical Board that sees no problems and athletes who are eager to do it.
Then why doesn't the FIS just say let's do it?
