Stanley Johnson was aboard the BA flight from Malaga to Gatwick that diverted to Heathrow due to the runway closure.
Plan: refuel then fly to Gatwick.
Passengers say he insisted on leaving the plane at Heathrow.
Police were called, onward flight cancelled.

Sorry to repeat myself, but you *really* need to know this.
Under the government's Public Order Bill, anyone who has protested in the previous 5 years can be forced to "submit to ... being fitted with, or the installation of, any necessary apparatus" to monitor your movements.

A bombshell in case of Seema Misra, who was wrongly jailed while pregnant:
Post Office lawyer Jarnail Singh was sent a report about a Horizon bug creating shortfalls at 40 branches in October 2010.
But he did not disclose it to the defence at Misra’s trial later that month.

104 days after been fined £90m for dumping sewage into the environment and less than 12 hours after Gov voted to protect water companies and not our rivers, @SouthernWater were dumping sewage at 60, yes 60, different locations along the south coast of England.

I'm working with @goodlawproject on never before seen data about the VIP PPE Lane.
#TheVIPFiles today...
🔹 £3.8 billion contracts for Tory associates and donors for just PPE through the VIP Lane and the govt went further
🔹It turns out the Government massively overpaid on stock through the VIP Lane too....by at least £925 MILLION.
🔹On average the cost per item of PPE through the VIP LANE was 80% MORE than through the USUAL NHS supplier channels.
🔹Sometimes it was much higher.
🔹For instance, the price of a protective gown through standard suppliers at that time was £5.87.
🔹Through the VIP Lane, Meller Designs Ltd was paid more than twice the price at £12.64 per gown.
🔹The company made unprecedented profit that year.
🔹David Meller (of Meller Designs) an associate of Michael Gove, has donated almost £70,000 to the Conservative party since 2009.
🔹More than a quarter of the VIP Lane stock WAS UNUSABLE.
🔹Another company based offshore in a tax haven received an enormous contract and yet £145 million of their stock was useless. The referral for that company to the VIP LANE came from a Tory adviser to Liz Truss.
🔹All these contracts were given preferential treatment even tho most had no previous experience in PPE.
🔹A company was 10 times more likely to get OUR money through the VIP Lane than through being a usual NHS PPE supplier.
@RachelReevesMP has committed to appointing a Covid Corruption Commissioner if Labour wins the next election.

Conservative MPs have just voted against a Lib Dem amendment calling for a compensation scheme for swimmers and others who fall sick from illegal sewage in our rivers, lakes and seas. Once again they are letting water companies off the hook for this scandal.
