Brass cups fresh off the big presses—where it all begins! 🏭 Turning brass strip into cups is the first step in the journey to becoming a finished case. This is just the start of a long line of manufacturing equipment, QC machines, lab checks, logistics, and most importantly, the hard work of some truly great people. 💪

They form the projectile using both components at a rate of 2 per stroke. The FMJ projectiles are then washed, polished, ran through an inspection machine to check all the dimensions and then weighed to insure the exact weight.
