Giving your money to a presidential campaign is almost as bad as giving it to Harvard.
How was the Trump campaign so competitive in terms ads aired in the final weeks of the election? This seems like a pretty catastrophic failure

I've been saying this over and over again, but: This is why inflation is so destructive to presidencies. With unemployment, overwhelming # of people are still employed, lots of unemployed expect to get hired back, etc. When you get your job, it's largely done. 1/
This is a crazy take. People today say they feel much worse about the economy than they have felt about objectively far worse economic situations in the past. Consumer sentiment was lower in Nov. than it was in April 2009, at the depths of the Great Recession. That's vibes.

Myth of the Ticket-Splitter: Incumbents who face mediocre opponents may benefit from ticket-splitting, but when there's an open seat for Gov in a presidential year, it's hard for any candidate to escape the gravitational pull of the top of the ticket #nhpolitics

Tonight is your latest reminder that, no matter how Harris does next Tuesday, Joe Biden as the nominee would have done far, far worse.

ā€œTrump isn’t spending money in New Hampshire,ā€ Mr. Cullen said, adding that ā€œthere’s no big turnout effort for Republicans and there’s no evidence that there are a lot of ticket splittersā€ who would back both Ms. Harris and Ms. Ayotte. #nhpolitics nytimes.com/2024/10/30/us/ne…

New: @VP has more latitude than any modern Dem nominee. She should take advantage of it! Embrace the probability you'll have a GOP Senate to vow compromise, taking temps down & getting shit done. Practice the politics of reassurance Here's how: politico.com/news/magazine/2…

Merely a measure of his being an avatar of the ambition-fulfillers places like Yale push out these days, sir. Chameleons, in a grotesque fashion.

As a kid growing up in NH, I recall seeing turkeys twice. Now I see herds several times a week. It’s a remarkable conservation success story.
