#crofam quick update on the ordeal I’m having with @cryptocom @cryptocomnft I’m living on borrowed time based on the 30 days notice I was given. 30 days notice without any explanation. So I’m trying to withdraw NFTs. As usual there’s an issue and I am unable to withdraw them. So I’ve been selling NFTs from multiple collections at well under FP. Doing this as it’s better to recoup some funds than lose them to the ether and also I don’t want artist’s work in a dead wallet. This is the most recent conversation with support. Really helpful!! Another 27 hours have passed with no update from support. Absolutely amazing service @kris I’d be very proud if I was in charge. Any danger? @cryptocom @cryptocomnft the ticket was originally opened on 7 May, with previous tickets having been closed during the weeks prior. Still no answer. Still no resolution.

Many in the #crofam want to be on top of the mountain, but one and only one imho has attained that lofty summit. In all my years in Web3, what I witnessed this morning still astonishes me. Just on the way home from an incredible experience in the #championsleague at the Emirates. Home of the soon to be premier league champions @Arsenal It was an amazing prize, courtesy of @cryptocom What makes it even more amazing is how easy it was to not only enter the draw, but incredible communication since the win. Everything explained in detail. Where to be, at what time and complimentary food and drink. Now compare it to their standard customer service. My account is still due to be closed. They haven’t responded to my request to give me an exact date. They still won’t engage in any meaningful dialogue. Complaints haven’t answered. Legal haven’t answered. Head of CDC in Europe hasn’t answered. I am unable to withdraw NFTs to DeFi due to an error on their site. But that doesn’t matter to them! They just don’t give a shit. Calling all #crofam frens and fam, heck even you frenemies out there as desperate times call for desperate appeals the @CronosApp the issue that I broadcasted a week ago about the closing of @cryptocomnft accounts of several upstanding members of our community is now a week closer to happening. I hope some of my @CronosApp ambassadors start to weigh in on this crisis. Continued silence at this point speaks volumes about the meaning of ambassadorship. Are we, ambassadors, not the protectors and guardians of both Chain and #Crofam community?

@Pampadalampa @Csilla_cro This is a 🚩 As Cronos Ambassadors and if we really care about both project and community we need to immediately: 1. raise awareness of this problem and 2. get it rectified immediately but also 3. Encourage and insure safeguards are in place to prevent such things from happening in the future! Completely unacceptable.

What is extremely disheartening about this whole sordid affair is two-part: 1. A lack of transparency on @cryptocom @cryptocomnft as to the reason why such apparent arbitrary actions have been conducted and 2. The lack of an actual appeals process. An answer such as we have made our decision and will not tell you why you are being forced to close so sell all of your holdings for potential massive losses just does not cut it. This is not how an appeal process should be. Severe Actions taken without warning or even a reason for such actions is disheartening to say the least! CDC needs to be & do better @Kris & @ericnode 🚨🚨🚨It ruins the whole pinnings of the trustless system when you are able to trust the system itself. 🚨🚨🚨
