Every job and external promotion in my tech sales career from SDR to Enterprise AE I’ve applied for the role being ‘unqualified’ based on experience and JD details. You can quite literally just apply anyways. If you’re letting the faux shit test 3 years experience detour you from simply clicking button and applying for role you are the exact kind of person they built these fake shit tests for and you will never make it. I predict the government will force labs like Anthropic to either give them full access and do what they say, or ban them in one form or another just like what happened with Fable (literally as I was using it)
