Object storage pricing stopped making sense a long time ago.
You pay to store your data.
Then you pay again every time you need your own data back.
Filebase Object Storage is built differently:
$15/TB free egress.

The best migration experience is the one that barely feels like a migration.
Change the endpoint.
Run a test upload.
See what happens.

A surprising amount of infrastructure complexity exists because storage providers made moving data expensive.
Architectures change when egress disappears.

Filebase Object Storage is built for teams that care about:
◆ predictable pricing
◆ fast uploads and downloads
◆ S3 compatibility
◆ free egress
◆ simple infrastructure
Not storage pricing games.

There are really two storage conversations happening right now:
AWS / Azure / GCP:
“Pay for storage and bandwidth.”
Newer object storage providers:
“Pay for storage.”
We believe that is the direction the market is heading.

Regarding an abrupt closing of Foundation, we have pinned 90 pieces by friends in the community as well as ArtGumi exhibition participated pieces both on @Filebase and on ArtGumi's Raspberry Pi IPFS node 🫡✨ We believe in watching out for each other in the time like this✨
Editions 1155 final update
☀️SUCCESS☀️
All have been pinned, as best to my understanding of how it’s supposed to be done on @Filebase
As of now, ALL EDITIONS, 1/1s are SAVED. Collectors, future collectors and artist frens, LETS MOVE ON 🖌️
Update on my 1155 editions
📍 Am facing immense trouble trying to pin it with backup rn (it’s fkkng odd cos I did it with my 1/1s and can’t seem to do the same for editions)
📍 All I can do now is trust that they have all been pinned by @jalilwahdat and team.
⬇️
There is just over a week left before IPFS content pinned by @storachanetwork (Web3[.]Storage) is no longer accessible on the public IPFS network.
Make sure to re-pin your data before it’s too late!

weird. and just to confirm, you're using the JWT key right?
and i'm working on expanding to other providers atm. filebase has a generous free tier, and seems like they support pinning by CID, unlike pinata.
Hi Charles!
Even though Jalil and his team have pinned everything from Fnd for the entire community, I’ll still be doing it myself too through filebase. Not sure if you purchased anything from me on Fnd, but if you did just letting you know that my art will be safe in that regard😁🖤
Hi friend none of the art will be lost. @jalilwahdat and his team preserved everything, others also set up nodes to pin everything as well.
You are also able to back up your own nfts by following @ErnestCisneros1 guide for how to use filebase.
Do you have any unsold art on FDN ?
My early FND pieces on the legacy contracts are now pinned on filebase along with pieces from other chains (AVAX, ARB)
The rest are all secure on Arweave.
I’ve also noted down everyone who has ever collected my work on a spreadsheet so I don’t risk losing the info 🙏✨
