#تربية #تعليم 🔻حصلت ولله الحمد على شهادة التدريس في التعليم العالي من جامعة هارفارد، وكانت مليئة بالمغامرات العلمية والتجارب الثرية تخللها العديد من المهارات ومنها القراءة والكتابة العلمية والممارسات التأملية ومراجعات الأقران وتصميم الدروس وحلقات النقاش، وللفائدة سأسرد لكم تجربتي : ⁃مدة الدورة 8 أسابيع عن بعد، في كل أسبوع يتم مناقشة موضوع معين وتقديم المهمات الخاصة به. ⁃التقييمات تظهر لكل أسبوع وقد يتخللها تغذية مكتوبة. ⁃في كل أسبوع يتم عرض موضوع للنقاش في المنتدى. ⁃تضم الدورة مجموعة متنوعة من جميع الدول مما يتيح لك معرفة التجارب وإثراء الخبرة. ⁃المهمات الأسبوعية متنوعة ومنها مذكرات تأملية، مراجعة الأقران، حلقات نقاش، قراءة المادة العلمية والتي تحتوي على مقالات ومقاطع فيديو، التدريس المصغر، اختبارات موضوعية قصيرة، سيناريوهات تأملية، سرد للتجارب والخبرات. ⁃موضوعات الدورة : ⁃الوحدة 1: كيف يتم بناء المعرفة ⁃الوحدة 2: كيف يتم التعلم ⁃الوحدة 3: بناء العلاقة ⁃الوحدة 4: تخطيط الدرس وتقديمه ⁃الوحدة 5: إشراك الطلاب ⁃الوحدة 6: تصميم الدروس والواجبات ⁃الوحدة السابعة: استخدام التغذية الراجعة لتحسين تعلمك ⁃الوحدة الثامنة: إعداد ملف التدريس (الفلسفة التدريسية) ⁃الدورة تحتاج تركيز وتفرغ جزئي وإدارة وقت للاستفادة منها بأكبر قدر ممكن ⁃الوحدات مبنية مع بعضها البعض فيجب عليك فهم كل وحدة جيدا. ⁃تعكس تجارب أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة هارفارد وكيفية التدريس بها. ⁃تقدم أبرز وأحدث نتائج الدراسات التربوية في التدريس الجامعي. ⁃الدورة برسوم. أخيرًا من وجهة نظري أن الشهادات الاحترافية الهدف منها الاستفادة من المعرفة والمهارات وليس التحدي كمن يقدم لك مذكرة مكتوبة وتقدم أسئلة عائمة واختبار من متعدد والتي لا تعكس ما لدى المتقدم من محصلة معرفية ومهنية. فالاستفادة من مثل هذه الدورات يعطي تصور لعمل الشهادات الاحترافية.
