What a year! Here's a quick summary of my incredible 2023. ♠️ Advisory @xCards_: The meeting of the year with @IonescoH & @Sevie_xCards, who have become true friends. We worked hard on the project's brand identity and business/marketing strategy. 🇫🇷 @nft_paris Event: Met friends from the ecosystem, including the Cow Cow team ⛏️ Advisory @GreedyGolders: Work on the revamp of the NFT collection and development of an appropriate marketing strategy. Unfortunately, the founder decided to put the project on hold in September. Too bad. 🎙️ GM MvX Launch on March 3, with @MHerror as our first guest : the show lasted 39 minutes, since when we've spread out a bit 🤣 The team has grown with @xFoudres, @arno_web3, @KevinLallement, @JoaquimTirach, @VinceNCrypto..., the structure has become more professional, and we've had a succession of high-profile guests, including: @borgetsebastien, @KrisDayne, @chlagousami, @_Cryptique, @FaunoTaBanque, @GuruTanuki_... Audiences followed, with an average of 500 live listeners and several thousand with replay on X (@GMMvXReplays) and on podcast platforms. I can only tell you that this is only the beginning... 👀 🦍 Advisory @EAPESCLUB: An interesting experiment with @cryptomercy, but one that didn't work out either for the project (I had no impact) or for me (I had no impact). Too bad. 🐮 Advisory @wecowcow: My favorite NFT project on #MultiversX and now on Polygon with the @thesmoofs thanks to a strong brand identity, a well-designed business model, a dedicated team and original art. I really enjoy working with them on strategic, marketing and financial issues. 🐠 @FishChipsNFT Launch: Starting out as a joke for April 1st, this project has since federated a community of believers who don't know what awaits them in 2024 🚀 ⛓️ Multi Chain Gang: The future will be cross-chain or it won't be, so I suggested to @ridnthemoontaxi that we host a weekly Twitter Spaces on themes common to all blockchains (art, community, FUD...). We've since stopped for lack of time, but why not resume one day... ⁉️ After more than a year of AMA every Wednesday evening with @_CryptoThunder_, @godweakk and @EMSIDEM, we decided to stop @xNFT_Space. I decided to launch an unfiltered, uncompromising AMA concept, notably with @Globees_Project, @VaporRepublic, @xCards_, @BurnifyApp... Many more are planned for 2024. 🎁 Despite a dig (too light, no doubt), I agreed to organize a giveaway with xWeb3 Lottery, a scam project run by the notorious Ihbou. Alerted by the community, I decided to cancel it and keep the payment for image damage (I had warned that if it was closely or remotely linked to a fraudulent project, I would keep the money). By the way, it looks like he's back with a new project @Shard_EGLD, so watch out ⚠️ 🟩 Advisory @blok_project: I agreed to accompany the real estate tokenization project for 2 months to help them structure their marketing strategy before launching their first sale. A bad product coupled with poor internal communication marked the end of this project. Too bad. 🦭 End of @elrond_seals: I'd been working on this project for several months when the state of the market and the personal lives of the founders forced them to abandon the project, despite an interesting value proposition. Too bad. 🎓 @alyraBlockchain training: Because it's never too late to learn, I decided to start training as a Blockchain Consultant at France's leading blockchain school. After 3 months of intense training on the fundamentals of blockchain and project management, I presented my GreenFunding project: an on-chain, eco-responsible crowdfunding platform. Results are expected in January, so keep your fingers crossed 🤞🤞 🐝 Advisory @Globees_Project: I started working with Globees the year before, and continued this year. It's always a pleasure to work with @HakimKorso and his team to make Globees the next Airbnb. 🖕 To celebrate my 15K followers, I decided to organize a new kind of poker tournament: the F**k ME I'M GRM Poker Tournament with @xCards_. A real success, with 300 players and over $1,500 in prizes. What are we going to do about the 20K 🤔 🇷🇴 xDay 2024: MultiversX's annual conference in Bucharest, Romania! An opportunity to meet the entire ecosystem - Core Team, Builders & Community - and better understand the vision of our beloved blockchain. Many happy memories, accompanied by my friends Ionesco, Sevie, Arno, Hakim, @HugoManteau etc... ⤵️ Builders' Spaces: Back from xDay, I invited the founders of @TheAquaverse, @symbiosis_nft, @StrangersNFTs, @wwwatch_ and @FightoonsStudio to come and tell us their X Spaces story: what trials and errors did they go through in their Web3 adventure? 🎄 xMas Rewind: To celebrate Christmas in style, I asked my friend @PepeVersX to co-host an exceptional Christmas X Spaces with me! It was a great success, with over $5,000 in gifts, 50 guests including @beniaminmincu, 6.5 hours live and lots of alpha for 2024. Well, shall we try to do better in 2024? Happy New Year, everyone.
