Imagine having a problem, identifying a creative solution for that problem, applying for and being awarded a 50/50 grant for that solution, and landing additional matching funds only for a new player to come in at the eleventh hour and say "no, we aren't doing that." 🙃 TGIF

We stocked 6000 paddlefish into my 12,000 acre reservoir since 2019 and this is the first one I've gotten my hands on. An angler had accidentally snagged it and called to ask if he could keep it. I was close so I had to see it. It had been too long since I had held one.
