Wanted to give you guys a glimpse into what our post game day reports look like with @saintmaryshs_soccer ⚽️
Sharing GPS reports with your coaching staff after a game can provide valuable insight into the performance of your athletes. GPS monitoring can help coaches in the following ways:
1. Reduce risk of injury: By monitoring metrics from GPS performance monitoring systems, coaches can use benchmarks they’ve established to determine when athletes are at a higher risk of injury. They can then tailor rest or training based on the athlete’s specific needs, and even prevent injuries before they occur. 🤕
2. Provide a competitive advantage on the field: Performance tracking programs allow coaches to focus on the needs of specific athletes and provide better individual development, structure more effective training sessions to keep their athletes fresh and engaged, design more informed off-season training programs, and make more informed coaching decisions in-game.
3. Keep athletes at their best throughout the season: Coaching staffs are able to monitor player workloads in games and practices in order to alter their training schedules. They can review each of their player’s workloads each day, and if they were above specific benchmarks, the players were assigned alternate training for that day.
Sharing GPS data reports with coaching staff can help them make informed decisions about training, rest, and game strategy, which can ultimately lead to better performance and fewer injuries. 📈📉
