Normalising behaviours that cause harm to others is unfortunately common and excused. We all need to challenge ourselves and others and stop these behaviours to create a safe environment to work in.

We Position pts in bed all the time- did you know if you raise knees before head you reduce pressure on sacrum by approx 23% …..that is huge!!!!

Having a bit of a tidy up and this was ‘filed’ in a pile of stuff. 9th June 2020. I remember printing this and reading it a few days later and kinda hoping we were over the worst of it.
May compassionate leadership let the light come streaming through.

1. @Apple So disappointed with your company stance on shoppers who are exempt from wearing a face mask-see photo. Serving us outside, or under the canopy in the rain; is that your best?
Or have us wait till your store is closed for some special individualised service…

@lynseyg12 was so upset. She’s never been treated like this in all her life. The irony is that she loves everything Apple.
Shame they think this is the best they can do.
