Ali Muhammad Khan spent 80 days in jail & was rearrested 8 times.
The first thing he says on release is that he stands with PTI & Imran Khan. He could be bitter, but he talks of bringing the country together.
Promote such politicians. Don't jail them.

This isn't the budget Pakistan needs. Timidity and Incrementalism solve nothing for a fractured economy, and this budget doesn't even attempt to go beyond.

عوام سے قربانی مانگنے والے پہلے یہ بتائیں کہ اخراجات کم کرنے کے لیے کیا کیا؟
پینشن اصلاحات کہاں ہیں؟ سرپلس اسٹاف کا حل کہاں ہے؟ ناکام بیوروکریسی کا احتساب کہاں ہے؟ صرف ٹیکس بڑھا کر ایک ناکام نظام کو زندہ رکھنا معیشت نہیں، عوام پر ظلم ہے۔
ڈھائی کروڑ بچے اسکول سے باہر ہیں، ہسپتالوں میں سرنجز دوبارہ استعمال ہو رہی ہیں، مگر حکومت کی ساری توجہ نئے ٹیکس لگانے پر ہے۔
اگر واقعی بحران اتنا بڑا ہے تو وفاق اور صوبے روز بیٹھ کر اخراجات کم کرنے کا پلان کیوں نہیں بناتے؟
