Discovery of backward compatible games on XBOX is seriously lacking.
Games like Stuntman: Ignition should see a spotlight when legacy sequels/reboots are announced.
Strike the iron while it’s hot! No other console has the breadth of BC titles available for download, use that!

This is not correct:
• In the interview, I am asked about a comment I made before being hired at XBOX, then state that I was only 10 days into the role, and that I am not stating the company's plans or beliefs
• What I do say is that ads should be used to offer more affordable alternatives alongside today's ad-free experiences, in the hopes more could play as a result. Similar to how Netflix and Disney have ad-tiers with all the same content, but at half the price or so
• At no point do I even mention in-game ads
(I personally believe interrupting the gameplay experience would be bad)

I don’t understand how someone with such a negative bias toward XBOX was ever scheduled to cover FanFest.
I don't know if that's the best way to do things and won't argue one way or another, but it's how I move forward. On a personal level, I don't have Game Pass and try to distance myself from the brand by playing Blizzard games on literally any other console, for example.

The console business is “durable, valuable, and important to us.”
@ballmatthew explains very clearly how console players are passionate about the platform, and spend more money than PC players (less than mobile).

I've made some long overdue changes to XBOXGamePreservation today starting with the correct capitalization of XBOX.
It also broke all of my filtering, syntax is important eh?
I think I've squashed most of the bugs, but please let me know if you encounter any unexpected behavior

One thing I'd love to see is greater visibility for backwards compatible games.
I frequently see comments where folks request games like Arkham Origins, Lost Odyssey, or Blinx for backwards compatibility despite already being supported.
Love to see folks getting a taste of backwards compatibility on Xbox for the 1st time lol

A true JRPG gem trapped on older hardware. Eternal Sonata unquestionably deserves to be made Backwards Compatible. It also has strong support (currently 3rd on non franchise wishlist for BC). Should not be a huge deal to get this done for BC.
