Does anyone know what this email from @AnthropicAI actually means? Are they letting up and letting us use our Claude subscriptions for things like OpenClaw?
I axed $15K/yr of product analytics SaaS this month on a flight from SFO -> BOS.

We just deleted the other half to better protect our users' data.
We're pretty much the only AI company that doesn't harvest your data, the little we do collect never leaves our VPC.

Just got back from a long overdue trip to SF
The highlights:
- Sick dinner hosted by @vercel with leaders from @openclaw Foundation, @LindyAI2025, @ManusAI, and other top-tier personal AI companies
- Worked for the day out of the @ycombinator office and hung out with @maxkolysh
- Visited by old stomping grounds from YC days in the Marina district
- Geeked out over all the greenery (big plant nerd here)
- Stopped at an extra floor in the hotel elevator only for a robot to join me
- Churned off 5 SaaS products on the flight home
- Was greeted back in Boston with my favorite JFK quote
Until next time SF 👋
We just published the Vellum Constitution: a guide to what Personal Intelligence means to us.
We formalized this document as a foundation for everything we build. it's housed publicly in our OSS repo to keep us accountable.
What it means and why we published this🧵
lol it’s so funny watching all these devs walking around SFO carrying their luggage and an open laptop so CC can run.
Meanwhile Credence (my Vellum assistant) is managing CC for me in the cloud and I can just check on it from my phone.
Quick teaser of some new stuff going out in today's 0.8.1 release of @vellum_ai that we call "Provider Connections"
It's mostly a set of power-user features laying the ground work needed for us to add support for many more models and model providers (especially open source models)

We officially churned off of Webflow and saved $30k/year
Now, our whole website runs on @Nextjs@sanity_io
Our marketing team ships updates in minutes
It wasn't an easy journey, here's what we did & the path ahead 👇🏻
Product analytics SaaS is cooked.
It didn’t take much to replace fivetran, dbt cloud, high spot, and [literally cant even remember the name data viz tool] with terraform, gcp data stream, and self-hosted dbt.
I told Pax about a goal and a deadline. it built me this.
eight weeks. real training program. tracks everything.
tell your assistant what you're training for.
oh yeah, Pax also helped me get this video and transcript ready to post.
