Hey @StreamWithMeld! Been playing with your app and loving it so far. Only problem is I can't really get audio to work. Ideally I want all output to go to VBCable (which works perfectly with vMix) but I can't even get audio coming out my speakers. (1/2)

@StreamWithMeld (2/2) Audio mixer in the app shows a healthy level, turned up, etc. It just doesn't seem to leave the software. I don't need to stream out of Meld, just use the virtual camera (and hopefully the virtual audio cable!). Any help appreciated.

Problem with @AbsoluteRadio00 / @absoluteradio playout system this morning. Long gaps between items and no news/weather at 10am, just music beds!

@DoubleTree can you assist? I have had a partial refund agreed with your USA-based customer services for a stay in a UK hotel. However they say that they can only issue a "check" (cheque) in US Dollars, which I won't be able to do anything with as my bank (cont...)

(...cont) only accepts cheques in GDP. I've asked if the refund can be done any other way, or it handled by a UK team instead, but apparently the answer is no. Before I take this further with consumer rights, can you confirm you have no way of issuing a UK customer (cont...)

Hmm @BandQ - both these doors are the same product, albeit purchased about 9 months apart, both unboxed and installed today. Cannot view/check before purchase in store as it's available for home delivery only. Solution?

@ExpediaHelp We were due to stay in a hotel booked through my Corporate Perks scheme on Tuesday 12th April but my son has chickenpox today. I called Customer Services who are working to try to get a refund agreed by the hotel, as we're now past the free cancellation window. 1/2

2/2 However the telephone agent specified "flight cancelled" as the reason, as I don't think they fully understood what I meant. We're not allowed to fly due to the virus, but it's not that the flight is cancelled. Are you able to assist further? Happy to DM you ref numbers etc.

@O2 I'm really, REALLY struggling with WiFi on the London Underground. Worked fine with my Samsung, not working at all on my new Pixel6. Virgin Media WiFi says I need to register. WiFi Extra needs a password which the Samsung didn't. MyO2 shows I am registered... 1/2

2/2 My o2 WiFi account I cannot delete my profile to start again. Cannot re-register as it says I'm already registered. Says it will send an SMS but none arrives. HELP!

@TLRailUK re new car park ANPR. Screenshot taken from your FAQs at thameslinkrailway.com/travel… - Does each entry reset the 15 minute dropoff period? I.e. if the trains are delayed while I'm waiting to pickup, can I go out and immediately come back in?

@TLRailUK In addition, it can sometimes take 10 or more minutes to actually exit the station at peak periods (due to lines of traffic from three directions trying to exit on one road with a busy junction at the top). Will this be taken into account?

Hi @GatwickExpress. I'm trying to claim #DelayRepay for a GX journey between London Victoria and Haywards Heath. Your online form only allows me to select between three stations - London Victoria, Gatwick Airport or Brighton (see screenshot). How do I select Haywards Heath?

If I have a day return ticket and my train is 2 hours or more late in one direction (so compensation is 100% of the return ticket cost), AND the return journey is delayed by 2 hours or more, can I claim for both delayed journeys?
