Made a precision D6 @FolkComputer It's kinda like a knob, but also a die, so you can roll any number between 0 - 6, like 4.31 or 2.76!

i like how phone vibrate makes different weird sounds depending on what the phone is touching/sitting on, feels like a rare interaction between computer and the physical environment

It turns out that the gadget text rendering is garbled because the Raspberry Pi GPU Vulkan driver (v3dv) does not support dynamic indexing into an array of descriptors, the index just always gets sent to 0 with no warning

we need to hijack Apple NameDrop (the bump thing) so you can just NameDrop data into arbitrary objects in your environment. drop a video file into your couch, etc

Continuing this chain of thought … what if physical objects were programmable? @FolkComputer already allows digital → physical, what if you could use computer vision to enable physical → digital? e.g. - teach the computer to do highlighting to find physical notes? ⌘ F IRL

image if you had a stack of like 100 cheap IR-ink printed "blank pages", maybe on card stock so they don't get mixed up, and you could assign arbitrary dynamic media to each one okay, okay, now imagine they react to their physical environment! and that you can program them :)
