今年も筍をたくさんストックできました🙌✨
毎年、大家さんの竹林から筍を収穫させて
もらっています♪雨の後などを狙って、
採れた順に米糠を入れて鍋でぐつぐつ
アク抜き…を計5〜7 回繰り返し、冷凍
保存します。するんとむけたら筍ご飯やお味噌汁、ソテーに。崩れたり硬い部分は
麻婆豆腐やカレーに入れます。私の作る
麻婆豆腐は野菜や調味料をたくさん入れ
るので、すでに違う料理になっている気
がします…🤭💦
旬のものをいただけるって､
