Tom successfully completed his RIBA Part II with the RIBA Studio recently. His proposal repurposed a former boarding school in Bath to a sheltered housing and community centre for people experiencing homelessness.

Here is our proposal for a large #commercial corner #building in #Southwark. The lightweight projecting aspect served to gain a larger floor plate over part of the site and also providing #shelter above the entrance off the street.
