We are excited to welcome Dr. Steven Dilday to Founders Seminary this fall as an Adjunct Professor of Hebrew.
Dr. Steven Dilday is a pastor, scholar, and translator devoted to recovering the riches of Reformed theology for the contemporary church. His work focuses on making the exegetical and theological insights of the Reformation and post-Reformation eras accessible to pastors, students, and serious readers of Scripture.
He has served as translator and project manager for major multi-volume works, including Synopsis of Biblical Interpreters by Matthew Poole and Didactico-Elenctic Theology by Bernardinus de Moor. He has also translated and edited writings by Johann Heinrich Heidegger, Samuel Rutherford, Nicholas Bownd, and William Ames. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Dilday has served for over twenty years as a pastor in Reformed Presbyterian churches committed to the Westminster Standards.
Dr. Dilday has designed and taught Hebrew at several institutions and brings both academic expertise and pastoral depth to the classroom. He will serve as an adjunct professor in the Bible Interpretation department at Founders Seminary, where he will teach Hebrew at both an expert and pastoral level, equipping students to read Scripture with precision and theological care.
Through his ministry, From Reformation to Reformation, he continues to promote biblical literacy and serious discipleship by reconnecting the church with the enduring treasures of the Reformed tradition.
Pray for Dr. Dilday and the seminary as he transitions into this adjunct role.
