Americans are saying no one here cares about soccer, zero hype, it’s the 12th best sport, it’s boring, blah, blah, blah. 24.5 million tuned in to watch USA vs Paraguay. And that obviously doesn’t consider watch parties. That is over 1 million more viewers than any of the first 4 games of the NBA Finals (Game 5 numbers aren’t out yet). I’m not knocking football, basketball, etc. I’m just saying it’s about time people show the sport a little respect here in the States. #FIFAWorldCup #USA #USMNT
