Barrault and Associates was honored to be a title sponsor at the Post Traumatic Purpose Workshop hosted by Travis Howze along with Stars and Stripes. Mental health awareness is a topic often overlooked, especially in the career of first responders. A big thank you to Travis for highlighting that it is ok to ask for help and providing a much needed outlet. It is inspiring how one person sharing their story is capable of changing someone’s life.

Firefighters are not machines. They need sleep 😴.Routinely sleeping less then 6-7 destroys your immune system more than doubling your chance of cancer. So, nap at the station if you can. Catch up on sleep on your days off.Your immune system will thank u
