I was counsel defending Pochynok at this trial. My client was found not guilty. For all the vitriolic comments to your post, I can confirm one thing - my client was not a rent boy and neither were the two convicted defendants.

I was leading defence counsel for Pochynok who was acquitted. Having come across your vid I remember seeing you in the public gallery every day! Even as the defence barrister in the trial itself, I still find my head pickled over what real underlying truths were never expposed

🚨 SUMMARY: The UK's social media ban for children from early 2027:
- "User-to-user" apps where people create, share and interact with content (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, X, Facebook) will be banned for under-16s
- WhatsApp, Signal and YouTube Kids will be exempt
- Under-16s will also be banned from livestreaming, messaging strangers on gaming apps like Discord and using disappearing messages
- 16 and 17 year olds will face nightly social media curfews and limits on infinite scrolling with more details next month
- AI "romantic companion" chatbots will be banned for under-18s
- Adults can still access social media through age checks like facial recognition, digital IDs, passports and credit cards

A major new report warns that global wildlife populations have been cut in half in just four decades due to unsustainable human consumption and widespread habitat destruction.
According to the Living Planet Report by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), average monitored wildlife populations declined by 50% between 1970 and 2010.
The Living Planet Index, which tracked more than 10,000 populations across roughly 3,000 vertebrate species, paints a sobering picture of humanity’s impact on biodiversity. Freshwater ecosystems were hit hardest, suffering a 75% decline due to pollution, water extraction, and dam construction. Terrestrial and marine populations both fell by around 40%, driven by habitat loss and overexploitation.
The underlying driver is humanity’s expanding ecological footprint. Global consumption already requires the resources of 1.5 Earths to sustain. This burden is highly unequal: the average U.S. resident would need nearly four Earths, while the average UK resident would require 2.5 Earths. Wealthier nations often export their environmental impact through imported goods linked to deforestation and habitat destruction in developing countries.
The report calls for urgent global action, including a shift to sustainable food systems, greater resource equity, and stronger habitat protection to reverse these trends.

Over the past days, we've seen literal pogroms against immigrants and people of colour, yet no COBRA meeting has been called.

@GOVUK I’d simply be cut-off, no way am I compromising by using insecure WhatsApp, and nor should government officials either!

I’m still curious about the shaft of blue light I saw - which may have been directed to/from Purdown into space. My theory is highly charged atmosphere radio waves to the tower sunrise did smtg weird. Happened at 4am on the Tuesday (hottest day) of the heatwave last month.

If you spray chemicals on every pest, you're guaranteeing that you'll always have pests.
Pests reproduce fast. Their predators reproduce slowly. After a broad pesticide application, aphids can rebuild a full population in a week, but the ladybugs that were keeping them in check will take a season to return, if they return at all.
A yard that gets sprayed regularly is always one warm week away from a pest outbreak.
