Scots are a people with the inherent and inalienable right of self-determination under the UN Charter. We have a right to national Independence It is impossible to believe both that Scots have a right to self determination, and that Independence requires permission from London

Wow what a relief. Haiti played well, Scotland were solid. I really enjoyed the honest physicality of the game. Neither Morocco nor Brazil is going to find Haiti easy.

Obviously enjoying the game - what has amazed me is Grant Hanley spraying 50 yard pinpoint diagonal passes. Didn't see that for Norwich.

Sentencing the Innocent - Judge Johnson had proven his fascist credentials through rulings much earlier in the Filton trial than his vicious sentencing. Indeed, He had arguably already shown them when he released Tommy Robinson from a prison sentence, or craigmurray.org.uk/archives/…

On the 18th of June, next Thursday, the three judges at the Court of Session will issue their judgement following the Lord Advocate's appeal against Lord Lake's February judgement in my claim against the Crown for their 2020 malicious prosecution of me. This case has already made legal history and dependent on what they conclude could result in a new Criminal Justice Act being required to make Scots law compliant with ECHR. The case has been largely ignored so far by the corporate media, so stay tuned here for further updates. Special thanks to my legal team, Solicitor Advocate Gordon Dangerfield, solicitor Liz Coyle and Andrew Smith KC for getting us this far and to all those who donated to the fund.

The Filton 4 ruling signals a direct breach of core principles of UK justice juries decide facts, judges sentence only on what juries actually convicted. This judgment breaks that line and that’s why so many lawyers are calling it a constitutional threat. What this moment means for justice in the UK Across every major legal source reporting today, the same pattern emerges this is unprecedented, constitutionally dangerous, and signals a shift toward an authoritarian model of criminal justice. A judge has overridden the jury the foundation of British justice Multiple reports confirm that two juries refused to convict the activists of any terrorism related or violent offences, yet Justice Jeremy Johnson has ruled they will be sentenced as terrorists anyway. This is exactly what senior lawyers describe as “recategorising the offence without a trial” a direct violation of the principle that you cannot be punished for an offence you were never charged with and never convicted of. 🤔🌎☮️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚖️ No time to waste independence now

MARK HIRST CASE - UPDATE On the 18th of this month three judges of the Court of Session will give their view following the Lord Advocate's appeal against Lord Lake's judgement (last February) in Hirst's claim against the Crown for his malicious prosecution in 2020. As Hirst points out, the press has largely ignored the issue, so keep an eye on the Beater's News site for announcement of the outcome.

You can vehemently disagree with Palestine Action activists goals, whilst simultaneously be horrified a judge can decide AFTER a conviction if it was terrorism related amd double a sentence. Being able to class an offense as terrorism AFTER conviction without charging them with terrorism should bother everyone. Any protest action that is now determined as trying to "change government policy" can have this applied. So today it's Palestine Action, but next it'll be immigration protests, farmers protests, NHS, tax etc etc.

The racist violence in Belfast came overwhelmingly from the "loyalists". Support for Reform in Scotland correlates significantly with strong Orange areas. Many unionists are violent racist thugs. You don't combat sectarianism by pretending it does not exist.

This is possibly the saddest thing I've seen in a long time..an immigrant nurse talking about fleeing her home..she saved her UNIFORM. So she could still WORK for our communities. I'd fill this country with a thousand of this woman than one of those good for nothing thugs. God help this poor woman.

Defence secretary Healey authorised hundreds of UK spy flights for Israeli intelligence during a genocide. He was never seriously questioned on this let alone held to account, and now freely leaves office. The real issue here is our governance: one national media won’t tell.

Why is it a public holiday in Scotland on Monday when our first WC game is at 0200 on Sunday morning? Strange
