🚨This should alarm every Rhode Island voter. Vic Mellor is not elected. He holds no federal office. He has no authority to conduct foreign policy. Yet according to public reporting and his own recorded statements, Mellor has been traveling to Cuba, meeting with figures tied to the Castro circle, discussing Venezuela, special visas, oil fields, and billions of dollars in foreign business. Then President Trump’s own State Department had to make clear that Mellor is “not authorized” to speak for the United States government and is “not involved in anything the administration is doing.” The Cuban-American Chamber also refuted his story in writing, saying it did not endorse or urge his Cuba trip and that he is not a member of the organization. That is not leadership. That is not America First. That is a serious judgment problem. Rhode Island deserves to know who organized these meetings, who paid for them, what was discussed, and whether any promises were made. Rhode Island deserves answers before this goes any further.

USPS JUST FLIPPED THE SCRIPT ON MAIL-IN VOTING, which comes straight from Trump's March executive order to secure elections. States must hand over their full mail-in & absentee voter lists, plus every ballot's personalized barcode, or risk the USPS STOPPING delivery entirely.

have been hearing some quiet rumblings. Honestly, I am stunned that anyone would even suggest I should run in District 1. Rhode Islanders were rightfully angry when Seth Magaziner ran in a district he did not live in. People said it was wrong. People said District 2 deserved someone who actually lived here. I agreed then, and I still agree now. So why would I turn around and do the exact same thing? That is not leadership. That is not principle. That is hypocrisy. I have lived in District 2 for almost 40 years. My home is here. My practice is here. I raised my family here. I know the people, the towns, the struggles, and the values of this district because I have lived them. District 2 is not a campaign strategy for me. District 2 is home. Vic Mellor built his life in Florida. His home, business, wife, and family are in Florida. He says he grew up in Woonsocket, which is in District 1. So here is the common sense question: If Vic wanted to come back to Rhode Island and defend the district he says he grew up in, why didn’t he run in District 1 against progressive Gabe Amo? Why not go defend his own hometown district from progressive Gabe Amo? District 2 deserves a representative who is rooted here, lives here, works here, and understands the people here. I am not running where it is convenient. I am running where I belong. District 2 is not a rental. It is our home.

Rhode Islanders deserve to know exactly where their federal delegation stands. This morning, the United States Senate voted on S. 2, a bill that includes funding for ICE and Border Patrol. Rhode Island’s two Democratic senators voted NO. Senator Jack Reed: NO Senator Sheldon Whitehouse: NO Now the bill moves to the House, which means Seth Magaziner cannot hide from this issue either.

I know Dr. Skoly and have spoken with him many times. He is a solid person, no ego, and his willingness to help his patients goes well beyond what is required. This is what he'll do for Rhode Island.
I'm grateful for the chance to share my vision on Channel 12, and I'm excited to tell Rhode Island's 2nd District why I believe I'm the right leader for our community. For too long, Rhode Islanders have been overlooked. My approach is centered around practical, common-sense leadership that prioritizes our families, small businesses, and taxpayers over special interests and partisan extremes. As a resident who's raised my family and built my oral surgery practice here, I'm committed to being a steady, results-driven voice in Congress. I'm dedicated to upholding the Constitution and protecting individual liberties. In this primary, the choice is clear: practical leadership rooted in our community's values or more of the same partisan politics. Let's bring a new voice to Washington that truly represents Rhode Island.

Let's talk about Seth Magaziner's real record on police. This week he posted that he "proudly secured" $791,000 for West Warwick PD to buy new vehicles. He wants credit. Let's look at the full picture. First. that $791,000. That's not Seth writing a check. That's YOUR tax dollars being routed through Washington and handed back with his name on it right before an election. No mention of the cost. No mention of the debt. Just a photo op. Now — his actual record. In 2020, Seth Magaziner marched at a protest where demonstrators were carrying "Defund the Police" signs. It was photographed and reported by WPRI, the Boston Globe, and NBC10. His opponent Allan Fung confronted him about it in three separate debates and cited a tweet where Magaziner called it an honor to march. Magaziner's defense? "I just walked by a sign I disagreed with." A picture says a thousand words. Then in April 2023 — now a sitting Congressman — Magaziner voted against a bill to block Washington D.C.'s anti-police law. That law: Stripped officers of crowd control tools Undermined the ability to conduct consent searches Helped drive over 1,200 police officers out of the D.C. Metro Police Department Congress passed the bill anyway, 229 to 189, with bipartisan support. Seth Magaziner was on the wrong side. So let's be clear: In 2020 he marched with defund activists. In 2023 he voted to protect anti-police legislation. In 2026 he's handing out SUVs and calling himself a police supporter. That's not backing the blue. That's an election year flip flop and Rhode Islanders deserve better.
