Stop the spread of winter bugs!
• Use a tissue to cover your mouth & nose when you cough or sneeze
• Dispose of the tissue in a bin - catch it, bin it, kill it!
• Wash your hands regularly and use soap and water for at least 20 seconds
• Clean and disinfect surfaces after use
