Im Grunde geht es darum, dass Aktien wie Apple, Tesla oder Nvidia künftig auch als digitale Tokens auf der Blockchain gehandelt werden könnten. Diese Tokens könnten theoretisch: • 24/7 handelbar sein • weltweit verfügbar sein • direkt über Krypto-Plattformen laufen • deutlich schneller abgewickelt werden Besonders interessant ist aber, dass es offenbar nicht nur um „echte“ tokenisierte Aktien geht, sondern auch um sogenannte „Third-Party Tokens“. Das bedeutet: Plattformen könnten Tokens anbieten, die lediglich den Kurs einer Aktie nachbilden, selbst wenn das eigentliche Unternehmen gar nichts direkt damit zu tun hat. Hier wird es spannend, denn die SEC scheint aktuell anzudeuten, dass Plattformen langfristig echte Rechte anbieten müssen, wenn solche Tokens wie normale Aktien behandelt werden sollen. Zum Beispiel: • Dividenden • Stimmrechte • rechtlichen Eigentumsanspruch Aber dadurch wird das Ganze plötzlich deutlich zentralisierter, denn sobald du solche Rechte abbilden willst, brauchst du: • KYC • Nutzerdaten • regulatorische Kontrolle • zentrale Infrastruktur Die Technologie bleibt also zwar Blockchain-basiert, aber das System bewegt sich immer stärker Richtung regulierter Finanzwelt.
