Same. I have dedicated years teaching people about property and personal finance FOR FREE. Saving people (yes, black people too) hundreds of thousands of rands. Not sure that altruism matters to people anymore.

For the last 6 years Iβve been teaching tax principles, how do pay less tax and file your own taxes (for free) on X and YouTube.
I have employed people in my business based on merit and potential.
