Uk Mortgage 🇬🇧 : I finally found a type of house I like that’s within my budget. But I’m finding it hard to pick between Persimmon homes and Taylor wimpey.
Persimmons home are offering me 3bed two toilets for 289k. While Taylor wimpey is offering the same structure for 290k.
Add-ons include; flooring, garden turf, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezers
For Taylor wimpey , there is no shower in the family bathroom and no wardrobe.
For persimmons, they agreed to add over head shower to the family bathroom but no wardrobe too.
Taylor wimpey has two side by side parking spaces, persimmons have just one straight line parking space that can fit two cars.
Taylor wimpey has solar panels fitted to the house, persimmons do not.
Both gardens are considerably good..
Persimmons home is 10mins to my work but Taylor wimpey own is 17mins to work.
Considering my wife cakes business, we don’t want a place too far from the city, so that her customers are not discouraged from picking up..
There are a lot of nurseries and primary schools where Taylor wimpey houses are located, but for the persimmons homes, there are very limited options..
Our son will start school by September.
Please help me decide.
