Our Regulation and Compliance team concluded a successful awareness training mission on cyber laws and security across Jinja, Mbale, and Tororo. The mission focused on three strategic areas: 📌Institutional Sensitization: Educated key government bodies including High Courts, Local Governments, and Prisons on cyber laws and cybersecurity. 📌Standards & Certification: Conducted compliance assessments and IT certifications for private service providers to ensure adherence to national standards. 📌Legal & Academic Engagement: Hosted sessions at the Law Development Centre (LDC) Mbale on AI ethics, digital footprint management, and the legal implications of computer misuse. As digital transformation accelerates, building a secure, informed, and compliant ecosystem is no longer optional. We remain dedicated to empowering our stakeholders with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the digital space safely, responsibly, and with confidence. #NITAU #DigitizeUG
