The Most EPIC Small-Cap Pivot — And Here’s How It Starts…
A NASDAQ company just pulled an epic pivot and posted 1,273% YoY revenue growth. Then you look at the customer roster and it gets ridiculous.
They’ve landed enterprise names like:
Unilever (
$UL, NYSE) — products sold in 190 countries, €60.8B turnover, and 3.4B people use their products daily.
Procter & Gamble (
$PG, NYSE) — about $84B in annual sales.
India giants: Apollo Tyres (NSE: APOLLOTYRE), Asian Paints (NSE: ASIANPAINT), Bajaj Electricals (NSE: BAJAJELEC), and Kellanova (
$K, NYSE).
Price target: $5–$6, roughly ~500% upside from sub-$1 levels if execution keeps compounding. Institutional holders include names like Vanguard and Bank of America on ownership lists.
So what did they actually do?
They found a gem the market was ignoring: empty miles and wasted capacity inside a $11.23T global logistics market (2025).
"Empty Miles" average ~16.7% in recent U.S. trucking, and even “loaded” moves average only ~57% utilization (meaning 43% of capacity still unused). That’s like airlines flying with huge chunks of seats empty - at scale, it’s an economic leak.
Now add the asset base:
U.S. large trucks: ~13.86M (2021)
EU trucks: 6.75M (2022)
India trucks: ~4M carrying ~70% of domestic freight (with forecasts toward ~17M by 2050)
Even U.S. EU India alone is ~25M trucks. Worldwide it’s tens of millions of assets where utilization matters.
And here’s the contradiction everyone feels: trucks run half-empty, yet when you try to move furniture or ship a car, finding capacity can still be painful. That’s the signal — the system isn’t short of trucks, it’s broken on coordination.
So they acquired SemiCab, upgraded it, and focused on one mission: reduce empty miles, increase lane density, improve utilization. Modern dispatching can’t keep up with real-time volatility — AI orchestration can.
Bonus: the Asia-Pacific logistics market alone is estimated around $5.07T in 2025, so this opportunity isn’t just U.S./EU — it’s biggest where volume is highest.
