Harassment has many levels, but it should always be taken seriously, addressed and handled by the company. Even when harassment was unintentional.

Today we are training to handle and identify harasment cases. Harassment is gendered issue, sexual harassment at workplace is mostly targeted towards women and only about 42% of these cases are reported.

@NeogamesFin has recently published the Finnish Game Industry 2018 report: bit.ly/2Y7e5OA At the moment there are about 220 game studios in Finland and the Finnish games industry employs over 3,000 people. 20 % of employees are women and 27% from abroad.
