Friends- my team has been working on building our own CRM and customizing AI integration into it depending on the needs of the company/User.
We have built this CRM for several reasons:
1) Salesforce and Hubspot play cancel culture games
2) Most CRMs are overbuilt and require in house engineers to onboard
3) KISS and AI integration are a must!

"Why is the solution to all of these things 'How badly can we punish the teenager who did it'? I understand the feeling of anger and pain that the family would have. I don't understand why we govern our laws based on that, though. It's obviously an overall tragedy, and obviously punishment should take place. Property tax is a tax on unrealized gains.
Your home rises on paper. You never sold it. You never saw a dollar. The government bills you anyway, and if you cannot pay, it takes the home you already own.
We tax what people earn and what they buy. We should not tax them forever for what they own.
