We applaud Gov. Katie Hobbs’ State of the State and the launch of the Housing Acceleration Fund. Innovative financing is key to expanding affordable housing, and at Greater Phoenix Leadership, we know public-private partnerships drive real, lasting impact.
Housing costs are easing, but families still feel the squeeze. That’s why I’m launching a Housing Acceleration Fund—lowering financing costs so builders can construct more affordable homes, faster. It’s time to turn progress into real relief.
