Some of you have shared stories of placing children for adoption before abortion was legal, stays at “homes for unwed mothers”, living as adoptees and/or birthing stories that invite exploration of broader, pressing reproductive justice issues.
We believe in the power of these stories to ignite peers & younger leaders to action in the movements for full reproductive health, rights and justice. Interested elders can reach out via stories@grrnow.org.

"There is no universe in which this is an acceptable response to reports of racial harm. It is a painful and egregious situation that drives leaders out of our movements at a time of deep crisis."

We are so proud of these billboards. If you see one on I-55, take a pic and let us know. Good luck to everyone having an abortion today! <3 #ShoutYourAbortion
Interstate 55 carries 10s of thousands of abortion seekers out of southern states to Illinois, where abortion is legal. I-55 is covered with horrific, shaming billboards. @ShoutYrAbortion put up 6 good ones, to show love & affirmation to those making the journey.
We know you're tired. We're tired, too. Let's be tired while voting. AND funding abortion. AND busting stigma.
ALT Meme showing poo bear looking disappointed in the first frame, wearing his regular red shirt. Next to the image reads "I'm not voting in November because the system is fucked and politics won't save us." the second frame shows Pooh bear wearing a suit and tie and smiling while wiggling his eyebrows. The text read, "I'm voting YES in November because the system is fucked, politics won't save us, and we need to use every tool available to fight back"
ineedana.com is happy to introduce you to Charley the chatbot. We couldn’t be more proud of what our collaboration with abortion advocates, doctors and co-creators @ma_hotline and @plancpills, has brought to life. 🧵
Introducing @ChatwithCharley 🎉
Yes!!! Let's be clear, #ExceptionsAreNoProtection!! As someone who has helped people try and navigate these rules, the are not giving what they are supposed to give. They don't improve access. They don't improve care. They shame, harm and stigmatize all people who need abortions.
Abortion ban exceptions for "medical emergencies" fail so many people needing timely care. The wonky legal language is intentionally confusing to navigate. It's not applicable to the way medicine works.
People should be able to access abortions they need, regardless of reason.
