When my friend @GShafSecurity, who played a crucial role in shaping some of the scenes in my book, proposed a target of 10,000, I humbly set my sights on ten percent of that.
Having reached 100 subscribers in the past week, surely hitting 1,000 is within our grasp in the months ahead. Achieving this number would be a dream come true!

WHY A MILITARY THRILLER?
More than a year ago, my wife and I visited a Books-A-Million that was closing down. I grabbed a collection of books by Brad Thor and Vince Flynn. Naturally, I found myself living vicariously through their characters in the months that followed. Who wouldn’t? I’d often think to myself, “These authors are on another level! They’re incredibly knowledgeable about so many subjects related to the military, CIA, and more.”
Then, I flipped to the back of the book and noticed the numerous acknowledgments for those who assisted the authors. In that moment, I thought, “If anyone has connections in the military, FBI, or CIA, it’s me.”
I’ve penned almost 200 news articles about the military’s 2021 COVID-19 shot mandate and its detrimental impact on service members. With that many stories under my belt and countless others on national security topics, just think of the contacts I’ve developed over the years.
When I reached out to some of these connections to share my interest in writing a military thriller, I couldn’t have been met with a more encouraging response. Motivated, I crafted my own action-packed plot and began to assemble scenes. With the help of my contacts, each one became strikingly realistic. I’m incredibly grateful to every one of them for coming alongside me on this project!
