Kein Wunder, dass es Tesla schafft, das Cybercab unerkannt durch Europa zu transportieren. 😂

Tesla and SpaceX over the next few months: • June 18: CRSP index inclusion for SpaceX. Triggers an estimated $4-7B in forced buying by passive funds. • June 18: FTSE Russell index inclusion for SpaceX. Triggers an estimated $6-9B in forced buying by passive funds. • June 26: MSCI index inclusion for SpaceX. Triggers an estimated $3-5B in forced buying by passive funds. • End of June: HW3 Tesla owners get FSD V14 Light. Expect possible delays. • July 2: Tesla Q2 vehicle and energy storage delivery report. • July 6: NASDAQ 100 index inclusion for SpaceX. Triggers an estimated $8-12B in forced buying by passive funds. • Late July: Tesla Q2 earnings call. • Early-mid August: SpaceX Q2 earnings call, their first earnings call as a public company. • 2 trading days after SpaceX's Q2 earnings released: 30% of eligible insider shares unlock (equates to 12% of all outstanding shares). NOTE: Since only about 40% of all outstanding shares are eligible for early release lockups, that 30% above equates to 12% of all outstanding shares. Elon's shares, board member shares, and some others, are subject to an extended lockup of 366 days. Together, the shares subject to these extended lockup restrictions represent 60% of SpaceX's outstanding shares. • August 21: 7% of eligible insider shares unlock (equates to 2.8% of all outstanding shares). • September 10: 7% of eligible insider shares unlock (equates to 2.8% of all outstanding shares). • September 25: 7% of eligible insider shares unlock (equates to 2.8% of all outstanding shares). • September: Indexes rebalance. SpaceX will then have a higher weighting in those indexes due to an increase in the public float from insider shares being unlocked. Passive funds would likely need to purchase billions of dollars worth of additional shares to bring their holdings in line with the new index weight. • October 2: Tesla Q3 vehicle and energy storage delivery report. • October 12: 7% of eligible insider shares unlock (equates to 2.8% of all outstanding shares). • October 26: 7% of eligible insider shares unlock (equates to 2.8% of all outstanding shares). • Late October: Tesla Q3 earnings call. • Early-mid November: SpaceX Q3 earnings call. • 2 trading days after SpaceX's Q3 earnings released: 28% of eligible insider shares unlock (equates to 11.2% of all outstanding shares). • December 9: 7% of eligible insider shares unlock (equates to 2.8% of all outstanding shares). • December: Indexes rebalance again. SpaceX will then have an even higher weighting in those indexes due to an increase in the public float from insider shares being unlocked. Passive funds would likely need to purchase billions of dollars worth of additional shares to bring their holdings in line with the new index weight. (The Cursor acquisition will likely affect these lockup percentages slightly)

🚨 BREAKING: Dutch Minister Karremans pushes back hard against the NOS/Reuters narrative on Tesla in Parliament. “The RDW does NOT rely on Tesla marketing claims. We conduct our own independent research more than 1.6 million kilometers of real-world testing on Dutch roads. Safety comes first. Period.” The Netherlands continues to lead Europe in evidence-based regulation. While critics speculate, the RDW makes decisions based on data, testing, and facts. This is what taking innovation seriously looks like. @vincentkar

Can we debunk this nonsense? Elon Musk was awarded (note: not given) cost-per-result contracts to perform a service for the US government. The total of those for SpaceX specifically is ~$22B, which includes repaid loans, state tax incentives, etc. The deal was simple: put stuff into LEO at or below a set cost. If SpaceX does it below the set cost, SpaceX keeps the difference. If it doesn’t, the company is responsible for the overrun. End result? SpaceX & Elon lowered the cost of getting 1 kg into LEO by 95-97% vs what NASA was paying previously. And for the record, every other company around at the time was offered the same opportunity to bid on the contract - Musk/SpaceX just took it. The handout narrative implies the taxpayer is the patron and SpaceX the dependent. The cost data shows the opposite: before SpaceX, NASA paid Russia’s Soyuz $80-86M per seat; SpaceX delivered at ~$55 million. SpaceX saved the US taxpayer $300M-$465M each year on that alone (the US sends 12-15 astronauts to space each year) On the lunar lander, NASA estimated SpaceX’s fixed-price bid saved $20B-$30B vs the Boeing-preferred cost-plus approach. So: SpaceX saved the US taxpayer more than the total value of contracts it earned on a single project, PLUS provided the US government with the requested services (put stuff in LEO) at the best possible price.
Elon Musk was given tens of billions in government contracts and tax breaks and was able to take a company that’s lost $41 billion and somehow become a “trillionaire.” You will pay social security your whole life and they’ll tell you it’s an “entitlement” when you try to collect

If you're angry that Elon Musk is now a Trillionaire, you have the wrong mindset. Elon becoming a Trillionaire literally has nothing to do with you. The global economy is worth roughly $100 trillion per year. There's roughly $1 QUADRILLION in global assets. That's 1,000 trillion. Elon's net worth is equivalent to 0.1% of the world's total asset base. The other 99.9% exists with or without Elon. If you're actually angry that Elon is now a Trillionaire, what's really happening is that you've either: a) have lost hope in having a good future because of circumstances in your life b) you're wasting too much time ingesting garbage information, which is taking time away from materially improving your life's circumstance or c) you're a jealous person that needs a lot of introspection. For example - there are literally thousands of people who have worked at SpaceX that are now officially MILLIONAIRES because of the work they've put in. They didn't steal it from anyway. They literally created this value out of thin air by working EXTREMELY HARD and making EXTREMELY USEFUL technology - reusable rockets. So instead of being angry that Elon is now a Trillionaire, instead channel that energy into building something that you would be proud of and society can massively benefit from. You can actually do it. There's literally nothing stopping you but yourself. Set aside your fear, anger, or whatever other block you have, and FORCE YOURSELF to do something big. As you can very clearly see, you will be rewarded for it MASSIVELY. There's no better time than now.

Some sights around Giga Berlin today … such a nice main entrance area welcoming in the public while the graffiti brings warmth along with a bit of a surprise as with just the right angle, some of the graffiti on one of the projections out of the factory merges with another, giving us a bigger mural to look at. Also if you look closely, the graffiti tells the story of what that particular section of the factory is responsible for. Kind of like visual Easter eggs in plain sight!

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨 First real-world test confirms that FSD (Supervised) is working in Belgium for Tesla owners coming from the Netherlands. 🇳🇱➡️🇧🇪 According to an owner who just tested it, FSD was not immediately available when crossing the border. The vehicle drove for approximately 1 km without FSD before the system synchronized and FSD became available again. This suggests that Tesla vehicles may need a short period after entering Belgium before FSD activation is enabled. A promising sign for cross-border FSD use in Europe and another step forward for Tesla’s rollout across the region.
