If everyone could give a RT to spread the word it would be much appreciated! My GAA club in London are raising funds for the local food bank and soup kitchen - a really great cause If you fancy throwing a donation of any amount in as well it would be great too 😄
Further to earlier post St.Joseph’s GAA are looking to do a minimum of 500km on the 23/05/20 to raise funds for the guys at Ealing Soup Kitchen & Ealing Foodbank. **Here is our list of what to do on the day** It would be great to get as many people as possible - please RT!

Not the creator just the sharer from coach Shiv Sinha. A simple and important activity developing gross motor and fine motor, locomotor balance, agility, flexion, schema development and of course self efficacy. Loads of variations possible

Obviously we can't do any coaching at the moment so we have put a Skills Booklet together, so all of our underage players’ parents can help improve your children’s skills during lockdown. The PDF will be on the parents WhatsApp group as well.

Another one for your next warm-up. Even though movement is in a different plain I think its a great alternative to developing numerous sport related movements, motor co-ordination, bi lateral co-ordination and of course fun!
