It describes a fluorescent-aptamer-based transcription assay for parallel steady state rate measurements:

@Lohman_Lab already beat me to it, but really elegant work by graduate student Ankita Chadda in the lab reveals a new twist on UvrD-family helicase dimerization. Perhaps most exciting are the implications for DNA repair in M. tuberculosis.

She will detail how oxidative conditions lead to UvrD1 dimerization and helicase activation via a specific 2B domain cysteine.

We present structures of (Mediator)-Pol II pre-initiation complexes at high resolution.
Feels great to arrive at a detailed understanding, incl. conformational changes in TFIIH translocase XPB during DNA opening.
