We have received word from our PCBA that the issue with the GBHD advance build was due to a mistake made by a new fabrication engineer bridging pcb layers of plated through hole mounting slots for the USB-C ports.
@Voultar was right, be careful with plated through hole!!

We have some troubling news to report regarding the GBHD Advance restock...
We received 100x boards from the factory but they are DOA. They bridged the inner layers of the PCB and it fries the FPGA. They will need to be sent back to China for a rework.

617 votes on our poll from yesterday. It was close but old 3DS won and PSP-1000 comes next. We make products for what people want, not for what we think is best for everyone.
New 3DS is not off the table but will be considered down the line.

As of now, DSHD is on hold. The original Q1 estimate was based on a design that is not ideal. It has been scraped for a design that is more robust and complete. No hacky workarounds. Still planning on solderless solution if the 3DS hardware has the necessary signals exposed.

Roadmap will be updated and released accordingly before the end of Q1. As of now we are shooting for having a new consolizer by the end of the year but that is NOT concrete as we are very early in design planning. Progress will be shared and everyone will be kept in the loop.
