The progress @ryanmcdonald88k has made in the last 5 years is CRAZY. Ryan has not missed a single day of training since then. Not a single day. That type of commitment level is the only way you can hope to make this level of progress especially in such a relatively short time.

Dr. Verkhoshansky was an absolute genius and if you’ve ever done plyometrics, you should be thanking him. This movement definitely looks gimmicky to most people, but its transfer to speed can be great. Do you think this is real game, or just a gimmick? Comment below!

Unbroken squats are an absolute hidden gem for athletes in the weight room or anybody who just wants to get stronger. By just changing the cadence of the reps you do, the squats you are doing can have massive added benefits that you just won't get by squatting normally.

Most athletes who do olympic lifts fail to improve their technique with any kind of intention. Stop throwing technique out the window, stop just saying GRIP N' RIP! The football players are the MOST guilty of this! How about you get a grip on some technical improvements!

You don't need to have a fully decked out gym or the highest tech equipment to improve your body. The craziest part about this post is that the title isn't even entirely true. You don't even need a dumbbell to accomplish these things, all you need is dedication to improve!

Once you know this, you can use the knowledge to your benefit.  Static stretching is usually going to be used to relax and lengthen the muscle. Best for post-workout. Dynamic stretches are used to introduce your body to a ROM and promote elasticity. Do this before your workout.

Everybody knows to lift with a straight back. But why is it that way? One reason is obvious... you'll get hurt with a rounded back. The reason we are focusing on here is better understood using this visual. A straight back has much more efficient and stable structure.

Being "too tall to lift heavy" is NOT a valid excuse! Ryan, our athlete here, is one of very many thousands of athletes who have long limbs but overcome that barrier simply by PUSHING. You decide your own limits. If you think you're too tall to be strong then maybe you are.
