On Friday February 2nd 2023 the Gates Police Department arrested Alan Jones (40 years old from Rochester NY) on 4 outstanding Town of Gates Warrants and 4 additional criminal cases.

Jones was arraigned in the Town of Gates Court in front of Justice Frank Cassara where Jones was remanded to the Monroe County Jail on $8,000 cash bail, $25,000 bond and $100,000 partially secured bond.

Jones has been stealing cases of beer from local gas stations since November of 2023. Jones had four active Town of Gates Warrants for Petit Larcenies which occurred on 11/6/2023, 11/7/2023 (2 separate locations and thefts) and 12/20/2023.
