If you could only improve one thing, I recommend: Continuously increasing your ability to enjoy success, happiness, money, love, etc When you cap yourself in this area, doesn't matter how hard you work or what you know. You'll always find a way to lose once you hit the cap.

It's not the first mistake that kills you. It's the beating up on yourself and time spent wishing you'd done something different that ruins you. Pain will happen, but suffering is optional.

There's a myth that the best performers are just "born with it" and never get distracted or upset. Not true. They get flustered as much as you—they're just better at recognizing the feeling and then getting back to business without letting it turn into something bigger.

Wise words from one of my favorite mystery writers.

Life is short. Time is a gift. Do what you love and surround yourself with people who love you and are rooting for you and do the same for them.

It's ironic how assuming responsibility for my feelings in any given equation, put me at more ease than blaming the other for what they were or weren't doing. True power is taking ownership,

You don't need to know why you feel scared, and any reason you come up with is just a projection of the fear. Your only job is to let it in and feel it all the way through. This is the only real way fear gets "overcome."

In a broad study, people reported that the most valuable quality their coach provided was being challenging. How could you bring more challenge to the people you coach, manage and mentor?

Courage!
Writing is what I’m here to do. In 2018, I left an abusive relationship. When I felt like my life could end, my only regret (a deep and certain regret) was not writing. I made the brave decision to leave the relationship and a safe path to, instead, pursue writing. I overcame suicidal ideation to publish 3 books, featured other writers on my platform, and started coaching to help others through the process. I had another near death experience after stepping into my purpose, and this time I had no regrets. You can really live a life without regrets 💜 Be brave. Follow your heart. Do what you are here to do with all you have in you 💕 it’s more than enough.

Life is happening to me = victimhood Life is happening by me = creator Life is happening through me = surrendered to non-attachment Life is happening as me = oneness.

This is accurate for our household. Even after 43 years of practice I’m still the raccoon.
Which are you? I am the Architect and I am absolutely married to the Raccoon who *thinks* he’s the architect but that’s the meth talking😆

A friendly reminder: It's possible to hate a decision you made, and still feel love yourself at the same time.

What if what is happening is not happening to us, and instead, for us? How could it be true?

One of the biggest reasons why I see people unwilling to be fully present, is their unwillingness to be with their fear of the unknown.

How to tell if you're present: When you're present, it feels like everything is feedback for you to learn and grow from. When you're not, you're mostly just looking for proof that you're right.

Conscious leaders step up and take #responsibility for whatever is occurring in their lives. They bring great self-awareness, not from self-blame, but from wanting to learn and lead. #consciousleadership #leaders #15commitments
