The @AdaptyvBio Protein Binder design competition results are out. The design tools themselves are performing well. @GabrieleCorso's BoltzGen led the pack, alongside BindCraft and RFdiffusion. Boltz-2 ipSAE as a filter (top 0.5%) yielded an 83.3% binder rate.

The results of the Nipah Protein Design Competition are out! ๐Ÿงฌ 1200 proteins experimentally validated (3x more than last year) ๐Ÿ“ˆ 99 novel binders against the target protein (a challenging tetramer with little prior work) ๐Ÿ’ช 26 single digit nM or better binders, with the best ones at single-digit picomolar affinity!
